I forgot to post this.
In prep for the Sprint Tri in 2 wks, I rode my bike for 6 miles in 37 minutes. My goal for the tri is to finish in 2 hours. Why you ask? Because that is the time limit the race officials have placed. If you are not finished in 2 hours then you are disqualified.
Now, I don't know about you, but if I bust my ass that hard to even go through with this - YOU BETTER NOT DISQUALIFY ME! Mr. Fitness is certain as he continues to say "you will be fine".
So that is what I'm banking on.
